The newly renovated contemporary hotel Fortebraccio is situated just outside of the medieval wall that surrounds the enchanting Village of Montone, a village rich of history and tradition. During the village’s medieval festivals, one can really feel immersed in the ageless and timeless atmosphere that is characteristic of Montone. The view from the hotel is an enchanting and spectacular display of the Umbrian country side. The hotel is just a few kilometres from the main highway E45 which allows you to get to Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, and the Trasimeno Lake. We are also close to two of the biggest High Tiber cities, Citta di Castello and San Sepolcro, where you can have the pleasure of viewing the works of art created by masters Burri and Piero della Francesca. You can also find another one of Piero’s masterpieces “La Madonna del parto” near the village of Monterchi.
