Right at the beginning, in 2000, Catherine and Daniel Ettlinger created Le Clos Saint Pierre, with the idea of a family restaurant. A unique menu which changes each day, constant quality, a very loyal clientele, and local producers who are in love with their profession, have made Le Clos Saint Pierre an address of the region not to be missed. In addition to the culinary pleasures there are now 11 rooms in the Hotel Du Clos. Idyllically situated at the heart of the village of Le Rouret, a few kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Grasse, The Hotel du Clos characterizes itself as a unique chance to live in the essence of Provence. The two buildings, set amidst a considerable garden surrounded by centenary olive trees and fruit trees, offer 11 bedrooms decorated sometimes with southern accents and sometimes modern style but always in the spirit of a country Auberge. The peace and pleasure of living by the swimming pool. The bedrooms of the Bastide : Each bedroom is unique, personalized to the smallest detail. They are all air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen television, a telephone, wifi, a small fridge, a hair-dryer, a kettle (DVD player on demand). Everything is available to you to make you feel at home. An idyllic solution for those who would like their independence and benefit from the advantages of a hotel. Room N 11 : Master of the House : with an open plan bath room at garden level where leather and wood unite. The bedrooms of the Bergerie : The spacious bedrooms of the Bergerie offer a welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful terrace looking onto the garden. Room N 4 the Junior Suite : Warm ambience of the spacious Pastoral room with open log fire and a large balcony with views on the magnificent grounds. Room N 6 The Confectionary bedroom : This is the previous kitchen of the house which has been transformed into a charming bedroom where everything reminds one of exquisiteness to the smallest details. Each room is unique with acute attention paid to detail. They all have (ensuite bathrooms) individual air conditioning units, flat screen TV (dvd player available on request), telephone, wifi internet connection, mini (bar) fridge, hair dryer and tea making facility. Everything is at your disposition with the idea of making your stay a home from home experience- independence and well being with the advantages (of the soft pampering) only a (good) hotel can offer. Private parking beneath the olive trees.
