Since 1949, the Giustini family is the reference of hospitality and gastronomy of Cascia. We were born as Umbria Hotel, changed later as Restaurant of the Giustini Inn near Saint Rita’s Basilica, with 30 seats for lunch and 4 bedrooms; in 1965 we moved in Viale Cavour and got more facilities and comforts. Today the Cursula Hotel is a modern building that offers its guests all comforts showing the same availability it had 60 years ago and the experience of 3 generations. Choosing Cascia and the Cursula Hotel means to appreciate a friendly and quiet atmosphere respecting Nature, not far from the most outstanding cultural and historical towns of Umbria. Named in the most popular gastronomic guide, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, among which stand out the fine courses of our local tradition, full of strong and natural flavours that give off evocative feelings bringing directly the beauty of this part of Umbria. You will taste the best regional and national wines, the black truffle and the purest Saffron from Cascia, protagonist of an event that celebrates its taste the last weekend in October.
