This hotel is situated 100 metres from the beaches of the Mar Menor sea and near the "Infanta Cristina" Sports Centre. The hotel was opened on 1st July 2006 and is situated in one of the fastest growing tourist areas of the Mar Menor, besides one of the best beaches in the area. Los Narejos is a village which belongs to Los Alcazares, Murcia, a new town founded on 13th October 1983. Since the date of its foundation, Los Alcazares has been constantly growing. The hotel complex has been carefully designed to incorporate spacious lounges, meeting and conference rooms and coffee shop where entertainment takes place. The hotel offers an extensive and varied buffet service, adult and children's swimming pools and outside jacuzzi, solarium, terrace and gym inside, car park, four lifts. Four storey building of newly construction painted on a pastel terra-cotta colour with balconies overlooking the sea and outdoor space of the hotel. All the dishes are guaranteed to be of high quality and made from fresh produce. The quality of the produce and food preparation processes are guaranteed by internal inspection and control. During summer holidays the restaurant offers a special buffet for children, and staff are on hand to entertain and help children at mealtimes. The cafe is spacious and has views to the swimming-pool. Here you can enjoy "tapas", hot baguette, pastries and your favourite drink. The hotel has a stage for shows and evening entertainment and an Internet zone. The hotel walls are decorated by scenes of Los Alcazares painted exclusively for the hotel by Alonso Martinez, one of the most famous designers of the region of Murcia. It contains 193 rooms each with fully equipped en-suite bathroom, in addition to one luxury suite and five spacious junior suites. There are 58 family rooms which include lounge and convertible bed. The standard double room has beds of 1. 05 metres in width and 2 metres in length and a convertible sofa for children. This room also contains a desk, mini-bar, baggage area, small tables, and plasma television LCD. The lobby is large decorated in a modern and practical style, comfortable seating area overlooking the outside swimming-pool. 10 km to the nearest fair site (ifepa), 2 kms to city centre, 2 kms to the airport (murcia san javier), 20 km to the nearest station (balsicas), 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 75 kms to the airport (alicante).
