An hour drive from Madrid city centre one will find the Cardamomo, a place of elegance, class and tranquility located on Castilla la Mancha Castle Route and Quixote Route, with views over the beautiful Salado River valley that guarantees love at first site. The Cardamomo underwent a complete refurbishment in 2008 and has great new facilities, chic bedrooms and a relaxed atmosphere, so guests can truly unwind in a tranquil setting. The hotel has two floors with 13 bedrooms. Some of the standard rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (2 -12 years old) whereas Suites are spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 child (2 -12 years old). The 13 bedrooms are fitted with all the modern facilities that you will expect. In summer you will be able to enjoy a delicious meal under the stars whereas the winter time is perfect for a romantic candlelight dinner next to the fireplace. The Romero menu perfectly blends traditional dishes from the region, such as Sirloin steak & boletus, with Mediterranean cuisine adding oriental flavours to some of the recipes. Wines from different regions in Spain have been handpicked to compliment the fine dinning experience. Timings: Breakfast 9.00 – 11.00 Lunch 13:30– 16.00 Dinner 21.00 – 23.00 (Above timings are flexible as the hotel has an in-house chef throughout the day). Additionally the hotel offers a room service menu, snacks and light meal for the swimming pool area as well as coffee and bar services.
