The Brice Hotel is located in a residential area in the middle of a magnificently cultivated garden with beautiful flowers. The beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are just 200 metres from the hotel and restaurants, bars and shops are also close at hand. The old town lies around 500 m away which also offers plenty of shopping opportunities and the train station as well as the Russian cathedral lies around 300 m away. In addition, the Matisse Museum is located less than 1 km from the hotel. Nice airport is around 5km away. The Brice Hotel was built in 1911 and completely renovated in 2005. It consists of 58 rooms on 3 floors of which 9 are singles and 49 are double rooms. There is a substantial lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a conference room with Internet access as well as a separate WLAN access point and a garden with a terrace. Additional amenities include a caf, a cosy bar, and a restaurant. Further services include laundry and room services and medical assistance as well as bicycle rental and car parking (additional fees apply). The tastefully furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, Moreover they are fitted with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a tea/coffee maker and a minibar/fridge.
