Business hours of reception: 24 hours The Hotel Ala d’Oro is located in Lugo, a small city in the heart of Romagna, which is rich in history and cultural traditions. The building is a beautiful old palace that once belonged to the noble Conti Rossi family. The hotel offers 39 well-equipped rooms on 2 floors, that almost all feature a beautiful view over the quiet internal courtyard. The elegant rooms are of different sizes, due to its historical provenance. Some are large enough to accommodate a family of 4 persons in comfort and even the smaller single rooms are still comfortable and quiet. The hotel’s bar, with its vaulted ceiling, is situated in the old kitchen of the palace thus creating an extravagant ambiance. We are particularly proud of our restaurant, which offers the best in traditional Romagnola cuisine, along with a well-stocked cellar of local and national wines. Our kitchen is known for our local specialties, for the best hand-made pasta and the best home-made traditional desserts and puddings. Furthermore, we provide a spacious TV lounge, equipped with a giant screen, where the latest films and live sporting events can be watched in comfort.
