Agusto's Hotel is located west of the city centre, just off Ejercito Avenue, near the main Cuzco train station (Cusco Estacion de Tren). The hotel is 1.5 km/0.9 miles from the historic city centre, so many guests ride taxis or Combis, which are numerous and inexpensive. Perhaps the most popular Cuzco attraction is the site of the Inca Qoricancha (sometimes spelled Qorikancha), the Sun Temple. The Spanish conquerors destroyed much of it to build their Church of Santo Domingo; today visitors can see both the Catholic church and the lower part of the Inca temple. Also worth a visit is the main city square, the Plaza de Armas. Within walking distance of the square are the Inca Museum, the Museum of Popular Art, and the Cusco Regional History Museum.
