Completed with our restaurant and bar, a fitness center and spa, private area and a terrace with the amazing swimmingpool called “Aquarium”, which speaks for itself. Behind these walls of glass, you’re expectations for a supreme holiday will be lifted and answered by our services in a familial way. Our 10 rooms with an overflow of charm, design, elegance and comfort. Room Prestige:With about 35m2 the Prestige offers you a comfortable living space for your stay at 111.Some of them are disabled friendly, by giving good entrance for wheelchairs. Also smart equipped to serve to people wheelchairs, or limited possibilities. Room De Luxe:It’s 40m2 has a Scandinavien style and a view to the garden where the cigals are singing in the summer. Junior Suite;With 60m2 , the room is equipped with an orginal bathroom, between the living room and the bedroom. You will enyou it’s terrsse on the loggia facing the swimmingpool. Suite:The designed 111 Suite is remarking technology and goes beyond luxury and comfort. More than an appartment with 88m2, so words can’t describe the details; you have to discover it. The restaurant of 111 will be open everyday for the lunch and diner. Also if you don’t have a room in our hotel...Diner in between with your friends, lunch with family or a special moment for the beloved ones, this gastro-restaurant at the gate of Carcassonne will meet the people with excellent taste of the mediterenean specialties- served in an exceptionnel atmosphere. The restaurant extends it’s service to the terrace where you can settle down in shade or sun, facing the garden and the pool. Our talented chef is specialized with the georgious flavours and colours of the south of France. Defending and respecting the local, authentic products which can be found on the small village markets, will be the base of these extra oridnary plates served with passsion and creativity. The change of seasons are synonime for the change of the products on the card frequently, which reflects in very menu with fresh products, purely nature!
