Located between Roussillon and Gordes - listed amongst the most beautiful villages of France - L hostellerie Le Phebus and Spa - a dry-stone walled farmhouse - where the rooms overlook the tranquil waters of the private swimming pool- is a jewel of a hotel and the perfect place to take shelter when the mistral is blowing across the garrigue - This is a stop-off which cannot be missed when you are in the Luberon and is ideally placed to allow you to discover the region. The traditional cuisine breathes new life into ancient Provencal recipes and offers a superb -soupe au pistou - a vegetable soup with garlic and basil.
