Business hours of reception: from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Near the Chateau de Chenonceaux you will find the Hostel du Roy, a traditional and charming hotel restaurant with a familial atmosphere. The fireplace dates back to 1523 and the wooden beams from the same era, underline the historical ambience. There are 30 rooms available all of them appointed with shower, hair-dryer, direct-dial telephone and internet access. The rooms reflect the same charming atmosphere that can be found in the entire hotel. Enjoy excellent regional cuisine accompanied by great vintage wines of the region in our welcoming and cosy dining rooms. During summer the garden is the perfect venue for an open air dining experience. The surrounding area invites you for all kinds of activities such as walks in the forests, castle visits, wine tastings in one of the famous wine growing estates, museums and a lot more.
