This Homestead property is conveniently located less than a mile from Del Amo Fashion Shopping Mall, three miles from the Pacific Ocean, and 15 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Disneyland is 30 miles away, Knotts Berry Farm is 22, and Universal Studios is 32 miles from the hotel. Also within 30 miles of the hotel are Hollywood, Venice Beach, Long Beach, and Rodeo Drive. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Limited room service is also available. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a $1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in. Extended Stay Hotels now offers complimentary high speed Internet. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
