Set on a hill surrounded by ancient maple trees and pictureque farmland - it offers a truly tranquil country setting on a working Alpaca and Llama Farm with a Fiber Farm Store. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a Kentucky Landmark Home. Offering extraordinary architectural features such as a large front porch with octagonal columns supporting a veranda perfect for enjoying the views of the country sunsets and stars at night, and, a grand entrance with a floating spiral cherry staircase.
