The hotel is located in front of the Honkawa River. It is fifteen minuets drive from JR Hiroshima Station, a sixty minutes drive from Hiroshima Airport. From the hotel, Peace Memorial Park, Atomic Bomb Dome can all be accessed on foot. The hotel is suitable for both leisure and business travellers due to location especially for Peace Memorial Park within walking distance. The property also provides a large concert hall in the site. As the name Bunka Koryu Kaikan, "Cultural exchange house" in English shown, music concerts are often taken place at the hall. The hotel is 7-story high rise building with white colour connecting to large concert hall. The hotel has two restaurants including Japanese and western with garden space. The lobby of the hotel connecting to the entrance of concert hall is small in size and modernly decorated in warm tone. Large size of windows at the entrance area is giving a lot of natural light.
