Location The hotel is superbly located on the main street of the Lido island. The Vaporetto stop is located 1 minute away and in 10 minutes guests can reach Piazza San Marco, the main square in Venice. Santa Lucia railway station is around 5 km from the hotel. Marco Polo International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 10 km and Treviso Airport is roughly 40 km away. Facilities This pretty hotel is just a canal hop from Venice, offering a break from the norm. It is brimming with Venetian flair and sophistication inside, while outside there is a lovely flower-filled garden where guests can enjoy al fresco breakfasts. Housed in a building which was built in 1920, 57 guest rooms are on offer. The air-conditioned establishment features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, a TV lounge, bar and a breakfast room. For additional fees guests may take advantage of the WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and the car park. Guests may hire bicycles on site. Rooms All rooms come with modern comforts including a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, or both, hairdryer, shaving points and towels. The rooms also provide guests with cotton sheets, a bathroom courtesy line, satellite TV, individually regulated heating and air conditioning and original vintage 50's ceiling fans. A safe is available at the reception desk. Furthermore, a direct dial telephone, WLAN Internet connection, smoke detectors, mood lighting, double or king-size beds, windows that open and a balcony or terrace come as standard. Sports/Entertainment Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the beach. The golf course in Alberoni is some 7 km away. Meals A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning. How to get there From Piazzale Roma or Santa Lucia railway station, take boat lines 1, 2, 51, 61 to Lido. From the Tronchetto car park a ferry boat leaves every hour. From Piazza San Marco take boats 1, 2 and 51. The travel time is 10 minutes. From Venice Marco Polo Airport guests may take the Alilaguna shuttle boats.
