Headland Beach Resort offers luxury 4 star, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-contained apartments with reverse cycle air-conditioning, full kitchen and laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, free cable television and secure undercover parking. Resort facilities include 16m heated lap pool, resort pool, heated spa, steam room, BBQ entertaining area, half court tennis, wireless internet and IWok licensed bar and restaurant, tour desk and friendly on-site management. Headland Beach Resort has lots of ways to enjoy yourself right here, and just a walk away you can enjoy beautiful Seven Mile Beach. We really encourage you to come and stay with us a while. There is just so much to do, see and enjoy at any time of the year. Start the day with a delicious breakfast by the sea. Then take a drive to our beautiful hinterland with picturesque farmland, and breathtaking scenery where you can see the many remnants of an ancient volcano. Visit our interesting small country towns like Nimbin - home to alternative lifestyle and still famous for its Aquarius Festival of creativity and love. Throughout the year there are music and cultural festivals of all different kinds. And each weekend we have country markets with a great range of local crafts and fun things to do. The Northern Rivers region of NSW also boasts more artists in our area than anywhere else in Australia outside of the capital cities. Many of these artists and crafts people have studios you can visit to see the artists at work. For peace and tranquillity you can go for a wonderful rainforest walk in one of our World Heritage listed National Parks or visit our marine park sanctuary. As well there are tourist attractions which the whole family will enjoy like a river cruise on the Richmond River or a visit to Thursday Plantation, Macadamia Castle and Crystal Castle. There are also a range of sporting activities nearby including golfing, fishing (beach, river and ocean), diving, snorkelling, hang-gliding, surfing, windsurfing sailing, kayaking, horse riding and 4-wheel driving. All apartments feature direct dial STDIDD telephones with data ports for internet access, plus voice mail and wake-up call facilities. Business lounge for small meetings of up to 12 people and office services including photocopying, faxing and postage are available (charges apply).
