Dining Facilities Nilaya: offers a wide range of cuisines ranging from Indian to Oriental to Continental.A unique Dogri menu is one of the highlights based on some the recipes from the Royal kitchens of the yore Samovar:The charming coffee shop with a world menu at the lobby provides a splendid view and serves buffet breakfast and a-la-carte dishes all dayGarden Restaurant: The ideal place for evening dining the garden restaurant specializes in Indian, Arabic and Western barbequed items and during winters,soak the sun and browse Polo Bar: reflecting its gracious past, the Polo Bar with its wooden paneling and original artwork creates an aura of old world charm. Offering a range of fine wines, spirits and cigars, it is just the right place to be for that after or before drink. Within the complex exists the magnificent Amar Mahal Palace Museum with a well stocked library for history buffs. This was conceived by Maharaja Amar Singh of Jammu and Kashmir.Attached to the hotel there is a full fledged spa wherein massage treatments are given.Its equipped with jacuzzi, sauna,beauty parlour,barber shop gym and all weather swimming pool, for the resident guests.
