Gribbon Apartment is a luxury two bedroom self catering apartment with sea views on a prestigious development with views over St Austell Bay. Built in 2005 on the site of an historic china clay dry the development retains a number of the original features. Approached via electronic security gates and immaculate gardens the apartment has a dedicated secure parking space with extra visitor spaces available. Internally the apartment boasts all modern conveniences expected of such a prestigious building. Electronically controlled under floor heating, electric double oven and dishwasher to name but a few. There is a spacious double bedroom with en suite a further bedroom with a small double bed and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The lounge and kitchen provide exceptional views across the bay.
