The delightful Greyfriars hotel nestles in the heart of historic St. Andrews. On the doorstep are the medieval streets of St. Andrews, where pubs, restaurants and antique shops sit next to buildings from the Middle Ages. The hotel is located in the heart of St Andrews, 5 min to the famous Old Course golf. Although St Andrews offers so much more than just golf, it is a bustling university town full of history, dramatic architecture and streets lined with bars, cafes, antique shops and boutiques. The hotel is also a great base for exploring the fishing villages of East Neuk including Crail, Pittenweem and Anstruther. All rooms are individually designed and have a modern, contemporary feel. They are equipped with an LCD TV with Sky channels and a host of room facilities, including individually regulated air conditioning units, central heating and tea and coffee making facilities. From the north or south follow the A90, then A92 to St Andrews. The closest train station is in Leuchars, 8.045 km from St Andrews. The Stage Coach bus company run a comprehensive service throughout Fife. Check-in is from 14:00 h and check-out is until 11:00 h.
