Greenleaf Inn is a ten-minute walk from the downtown area, the waterfront park, the Firehouse Center, the Custom House, unique shops, galleries, coffeehouses, bistros and many excellent restaurants. The boardwalk and marina are a few steps farther, while the Parker River Wild Life Refuge, the new Audubon Nature Center, ocean beaches and the New Hampshire and Maine coasts are minutes and can be reached by car. Each air-conditioned room in this inn has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, cable/satellite TV, DVD player, internet service and hairdryer for our guests’ convenience. The Inn is one of Newburyport's real treasures. We have opened this lovely guest house year around to visitors staying a few days, weeks or months. You can choose from four B&B style rooms, or two large suites with fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms. Our apartments are great for families on vacation, or corporate travelers.
