Your Berlin Apartment Your apartment is located in Berlin neighborhood Friedrichshain. In just a few minutes, you are in Mitte, Kreuzberg, in Prenzlauer Berg and at the train station Ostbahnhof. Relax in a big apartment with a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. We provide you with internet (WLAN, WiFi), sheets (freshly made beds for you!), towels, dish towels, comfy single-use slippers, liquid soap also for showering, dishwashing detergent, and of course toilet paper. No hidden costs: The price includes everything. Friendly and service-minded hosts: We are happy to help with late check-ins or other special wishes. Stylishly furnished 2 separate bedrooms. You will come across a fully equipped kitchen. Bed-linen, blankets and towels are free of charge. Walking distance2 min to the tram (Tram 21 Proskauer Strae connecting to Frankfurter Tor)7 min to the metro (S 41 S 42 S8 S 9, Storkower Strae)9 min to the subway (U5 Samariter Strae connecting to AlexanderplatzYour apartment also has: Toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer bathtub, hair dryer, TV, radio. We provide a toddler bed, high chair and baby bathtub upon request. It is a non-smoking apartment, also suitable for people with allergies. Help us save our planet: The electricity purchased for the apartment is generated exclusively by renewable energy sources. Step by step, we replace our low-energy light bulbs by even more environment friendly LEDs. All cleaning supplies provided are organic. Please note there is a 25.00 charge for arrivals after 23.00 hrs. For groups, we reserve to ask for an advance deposit of 250 euros. We will reimburse the deposit via wire transfer or PayPal right after your stay if there weren't any damages nor noise disturbances. Note:Unfortunately, construction work is going on until April 2012 (top floor, lift). In front of the building, there is a scaffold. Your apartment is on the ground floor, so there should only be minor disturbances. We apologize for any inconvenience with a price reduction that is already included in the prices shown here.
