The Gosforth Hall Inn is located in the village of Gosforth, conveniently located within easy distance of the unspoilt Eskdale and Wasdale valleys. This makes it a suitable base for walkers, cyclists, tourists, fishermen and dog owners to explore the region. The inn itself provides an inviting and friendly atmosphere and complemented by regular activities and entertainment. The hotel offers 7 Double en-suites (2 of which could be converted into twin beds), 1 Single en-Suite and 'The Copley Suite'. Each of the rooms are unique, with a variety of exposed beams and a number of rooms retaining their original fireplaces. Gosforth Hall Inn is a warm and family run country pub offering accommodation, food and drink. It was originally a Grade II listed building that was operating as a hotel. In 2008 the owners renamed the hotel to an inn to emphasize the warm and relaxed home-from-home feel the guests will experience from within the building.
