The country house-style Hotel Rodelseer Schwan is set at the foot of the Schwanberg Mountain. This establishment is run with dedication, care and affection by the Kramer family. The country hotel consists of mainhouse and guesthouse on equal level and offers 40 rooms with a total of 80 beds. The rooms are comfortably furnished with Franconian softwood and facilities include TV, internet connection, a comfortable bathroom and a wonderful view of Rodelsee’s Schwanberg Mountain. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with splendid cuisine. Everything is offered, from an ample breakfast buffet, special lunch and salad variations as well as light whole food dishes, including Franconian specialities and an ever changing variety of dishes depending on the season. The culinary weeks, including the asparagus and game season, are particularly popular with numerous local guests. Guests will see that the kitchen chef puts great care into choosing the best ingredients and freshly prepares the dishes. A wide selection of Rodelsee wines can of course be found on the lovingly compiled wine list.
