Our „Gasthaus zum Lowen“ is situated in the city centre of Staufen, in the midst of the historical Old Town, directly at the marketplace. In spite of its vicinity to the centre, all rooms are situated quietly and our guests will not hear any noise of the street. Staufen is located at the Southern edge of the Black Forest, where you can find a magnificent countryside and many points of interest. Several hot springs in the proximity invite you to relax. All rooms are furnished in an antique style and provide a high standard of comfort. All of them are renovated and equipped with an elegant bathroom with WC, hair dryer, satellite-TV, direct dial telephone and internet access. You can enjoy our rich choice of fresh dishes. Please note our comprehensive wine list. We provide both regional wines and rarities from all over the world. Our „Lowensaal“ and the „Schwarzwaldstube“ will be available for your wedding, birthday parties or company celebrations. The „Lowensaal“ can hold up to 80 people.
