The Garden Beach hotel is a 4-star hotel located in Castiadas on the south coast of Sardinia. The hotel is located next to the beach which stretches for miles across the Costa Rei resort area. Nearby Villasimius is vibrant and provides plenty of activities and entertainment as it thrives with restaurants, bars and sports facilities. The hotel is a pleasant sprawling collection of terracotta coloured villa style accommodation featuring superb sports and entertainment facilities. Star quality amenities include a 200sqm outdoor swimming pool with children's pool areas and sun loungers, fitness area with gym equipment, tennis courts, a five-a-side soccer field and an amphitheatre with 400 seats. Just beyond the pool is the hotels own private strip of beach with volleyball equipment sun umbrellas, loungers, toilets and showers. Chargeable water sports equipment is available. The reception and TV lounge areas are open plan and the restaurants have spacious outside dining areas shaded by wood and thatch roofs. La Bahia serves as the hotel's premier restaurant, serving a wide range of food in its breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. The Sunset Lounge restaurant is housed in an al fresco wooden structure affording great views of the beach and open sea and offers an A la carte menu and a menu of the day. The hotel also features two bars. The poolside American bar supplies soft lighting and a range of drinks and the beachside Bar and Snack bar offers hot and cold snacks in a superb position from which to soak up the relaxed coastal vibe. Classic rooms are decorated in a simple continental Sardinian style with tiled floor and locally inspired decorations and feature a patio with two chairs. Amenities include a mini-bar, satellite TV and air conditioning/heating. A shop on site provides a range of amenities, drinks and snack. The hotel also runs two clubs for children with structured activities. Chargeable Wi-Fi is available in communal areas.
