Frank's Place is an oasis of tranquility at the heart of Playa Carmen (crossroads between Malpais and Santa Teresa). Frank's Place is a charming and typical hotel run by a local Tico family who will ensure that you have a pleasant stay at their place. The hotel counts with 28 standard rooms, all with cable TV, A/C and private bathrooms. Most rooms are surrounded by the swimming pools, Jacuzzi, bar/restaurant and a beautiful and quiet tropical garden where you can watch numerous birds, squirrels and iguanas. The hotel also offers to all its guests a secure car park, complimentary breakfast, WiFi and internet access. The onsite poolside restaurant, called Azucar Restaurant, is a popular hangout frequented by tourists and locals alike. Azucar restaurant serves fresh and delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. The Chef's cheeseburger and the huge salads are the lunch specials whereas the dinner menu offers refined dishes blending the tradition of Europe with the local tropical products. Do not miss the excellent and freshly made desserts and ice-creams. Open 7 days a week for breakfast (until 11am), lunch (until 3pm) and for dinner (from 6pm). Closed on Tuesday evening.
