Fossheim may be located in secluded part of the world, as it is snuggled at the foot of towering peaks and sheer mountain cliffs in Lom. But is a fantastic starting point for walks in Jotunheimen National Park. The rooms are equipped with facilities such as cable TV, and direct dial phones. Originally a staging inn, Fossheim Turisthotell was opened in 1897 and has been restored and modernized several times, most recently in 1992. Solid timber houses in keeping with traditional building techniques, together with art and antiques, help to create an interesting atmosphere for guests. It features services and amenities such as car rental, ice machines, smoke detector, wake-up service, outdoor parking, babysitting services, and an on-site restaurant.
