The First Witt is situated in the quiet and attractive old town within easy walking distance of the seafront and Kalmar's vibrant cafe and restaurant scene. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant is a light, open-plan room with brick furnishings. Although a simple modern design, the building's brickwork and coloured facade fit in well with the surrounding 17th century architecture. The reception itself is narrow and of small size, with modern furnishings and quite a dark feel.
