This hotel was opened in March 2005 and renovated in 2007. Its great atmosphere and the setting make for a great hotel for business travellers, as well as for guests looking for relaxation and hoping to enjoy the great golden sunsets of La Paz. This resort comprises a total of 120 rooms spread over 4 floors. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services for an additional fee, and there is parking for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground, and there is also a kids' club. This resort and marina is located on the Costa Baja and is the newest exclusive touristic development in La Paz. The hotel is surrounded by a marina, a beach club and restaurants. The city centre is a 15-minute drive away, and it is 20 minutes by car to Balandra Beach. Los Cabos is 2 1/2 hours away by car.
