Shanghai Fenyang Garden Hotel is located in former French Concession of Shanghai, Fenyang Road, adjacent to Shanghai College of Music. Shanghai Fenyang Garden Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Metro Subway Line 1 (Changshu Road Station) and Huahai Middle Road Commercial District. It is a 10-minute drive from People's Square, a popular local landmark. Official residence of Ding guitang in the corner of the garden is constructed in 1932, and was listed as Protected Historical Relic of Shanghai in 1989. The construction is of typical Spanish-style, covers a land of 8000 square metres with a garden of 4000 square metres, it was designed by an Austro-Hungarian architect Mr. L.E.HUDEC, who was widely known in old Shanghai. The red roof, white wall, spiral pillar, cement decorations and iron railings, all of them have seen the long history of Shanghai. The construction is kept with the original sense after a partly repair, there are top-grade banquet room and chartered rooms. The aura of old Shanghai leisurely ripple and gradually pervade through the dormer, when you are among the melodious tune of Jazz, when you are by the leaping fire of fireplace. The main building of the hotel is located in this garden of idyllic beauty among the busy Shanghai. There are 70 superior guest rooms of different sytles, low-key, comfortable and aromatic. Some of these rooms own independent platform or balcony, enable you to appreciate the bright night scene of this flourishing Shanghai. In the main building, there are also Chinese-style dining room, Western food dining room, banquet room, multi-functioned hall, chartered rooms in different sizes. Cooked food follows tradition with proper changes and combine Chinese flavor with western ones, is willing to encounter you from time to time. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
