The Featherbed Railroad is a unique Bed and Breakfast experience featuring nine railroad cabooses, each distinctively decorated with an individual theme. Most of our cabooses feature in-room Jacuzzi tubs and all have an incredible view of Clearlake. With a huge variety of nearby recreation and over 20 wineries in the area, this unique and romantic getaway is the perfect place to celebrate being in love or just enjoying the tranquility of our peaceful surroundings. Enjoy our private dock, sit on the porch of our 100-year-old Main Station or languish in the pool or spa. Tony and Peggy Barthel are thrilled to create a wonderful retreat for you. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
