The Fantasy Inn is located near the beaches and the marina. Guests can also quickly reach the Nevada border casinos and the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. It is also only half a mile from the property to the Bijou Municipal Golf Course. The Fantasy Inn is near Highway 50, providing motorway links back down into California or on into Nevada. The hotel also operates a shuttle service to and from the casino area. There are 52 rooms at the Fantasy Inn. Rooms have modern furnishings and contemporary décor. Amenities include cable television, lighted bed pedestals, jetted bathtubs and mirrored ceilings. Some rooms are themed. Pets are not permitted in the rooms. The Fantasy Inn is a leisure retreat catering to couples and those seeking a romantic getaway. It was voted “Best of Tahoe” for romantic evenings. The property is surrounded by a number of restaurants and cocktail lounges, but has no dining facilities of its own. It does have a wedding chapel. There is a business center and concierge services are available. Parking is offered to guests.
