The freshest ingredients are sourced from the resort?s own organic herb and vegetable gardens - All day dining restaurant offering a buffet and a la carte breakfast and a la carte breakfast and dinner with live cooking counters and fresh juice station. An outside terrace area offering views to the hot springs. Open 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. - Panorama Situated on a cliff top at the edge of the Dead Sea where guests can catch a glimpse of the lights of Jerusalem and beautiful sunsets reflecting across the water. The concept is based on an Arabic style restaurant with a hint of Lebanese. Accompanied by live acoustic music. Offers a la carte lunch and dinner for up to 140 guests. Located just 15 minutes drive from the resort. Open 12:00 pm to 12:00 am during summer and 12:00 pm till 10:00 pm during winter time. - The Cellar Offers wine and cheese tastings and an a la carte Chef?s Signature menu.
