Located in the walled town of Berwick-upon-Tweed Elizabethan Town House offers visitors to Berwick accommodation to base themselves at whilst discovering the beautiful North Northumberland Coast and the Historice towns throughout the Scottish Borders. The mainline rail network also provides easy access to the cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle both approximately 50 minutes journey time. Berwick-upon-Tweed is the most northerly town in England located roughly midway between Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Edinburgh. Voted in 2006 as the best place to live in England we have a lot to offer visitors. With our relaxed and friendly attitude and our beautiful environment our guests always depart vowing to return. Situated right on the Elizabethan Town Walls down a quiet pedestrian lane this B&B is ideally placed seconds away from the Town Centre. We have recently been upgraded to a Four Star English Tourist Board Rating in recognition of our ongoing committment to improve our clients comfort and enjoyment during their stay with us. The proprietor will glady arrange any itinerary to visit the various attractions upon request. Advice will also be available in all the rooms giving details of all attractions restaurants within the area. Throughout the year we offer discounts for longer stays and reduced rates for single occupancy. Our Family Rooms are available to accommodate 2 3 4 or 5 Persons the Room Rate will depend on the Occupancy and Season we reccommend that our guests check the rate Prior to booking.
