The Port of Miami, Miami Convention center , hospitals and universites, as well as nightlife/sport arenas are all within easy reach. Tastefully furnished in high style modern furnishings and appointed for short or long stays, each condo style residential unit is oversized (from 850 to 1600 square feet) to meet the needs of discriminating couples, families of any size or corporate travellers. Standard in every residence is a full Kitchen with top of the line appliances and fully equipped with utensils, china, flatware and stemware. Plus enjoy relaxing sunrises or sunsets from your private balcony with views of the Miami Brickell skyline and bay or ocean beyond. Separate iving and Dining areas, Flat Screen TVs with cable, free wifi, multiple available bedding combinations plus a sofa bed for additional guests, luxury baths with double vanity, soaking tubs and shower and well stocked with amenities and linens, in residence washer/dryer, private balcony with unparelled views, ample workspace, free wifi, free local calls and voicemail, plus free valet parking . Housekeeping is per visit unless otherwise arranged and guests are provided with bath amenities, luxury towels, plush bedding, duvet and triple sheeting, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Please note the following: Cancellation policy is 1 night penalty if cancelled more than 4 days prior to arrival, Non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee one time as follows: 2 Bedroom is $55 per stay. This fee is collected at arrival Cribs are available for free based on availability an upon request. Linen/towel change can be requested for $25 per day
