Pollock Halls offers 2 accommodation in Edinburgh to suit every budget and purpose, whether you're coming to the city on holiday, for business or as part of a group visit. Pollock Halls is seasonal campus accommodation located at the foot of Holyrood Park, and offers affordable bed and breakfast accommodation over the University's summer vacation, with over 2000 rooms available. There is a vast range of room-types, including single standard (with shared bathroom facilities), single en-suite and twin en-suite rooms. Chancellor's Court offers over 500 modern rooms and has been awarded 3 campus accommodation. Each single and twin en-suite room has a Freeview TV, telephone, chargeable internet access, teacoffee-making facilities. John Burnett House is the latest addition to Pollock Halls. Each of the single and twin en-suite bedrooms has a Freeview TV, telephone, chargeable internet access, safety deposit box, teacoffee-making facilities. The simple single standard rooms provide affordable accommodation, ideal for those on a strict budget. Each room has a telephone, chargeable internet access and teacoffee-making facilities. Shared pantry facilities in each building include toaster, microwave, fridge, ironing board and iron and fridge; hairdryers are available at the main reception centre. Shared laundry facilities are also available in some buildings. Full Scottish breakfast is included in the price, and is served in the John McIntyre Centre in the heart of the private campus grounds. Light meals can also be taken in the bar, and there is an on-site shop and ATM available for use by all guests. Chargeable cabled internet access is available in all bedrooms and wireless internet access is available in some public areas. Free (limited) parking is available on-site, and guests will benefit from the 24-hour reception. Pollock Halls is just 1.5 miles from the city-centre and Waverley train station, as well as many of Edinburgh's popular tourist attractions. It is also just 5 minutes' walk to Holyrood Park, and Arthur's Seat, an ideal location for walking, with beautiful views over Edinburgh.
