The Econo Lodge Newport is a short walk from the beach and less than a mile from the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Other attractions also found less than a mile away from the lodge include the Oregon Undersea Gardens, The Wax Works Museum and Ripley’s Believe It of Not!. The lodge is likewise near the Bayfront District and Yaquina Bay Lighthouse. Some of the guestrooms offered by the lodge have views of the Pacific Ocean, refrigerators and microwaves. All rooms are furnished with phones, private baths with hair dryers and cable TVs with ESPN, HBO and CNN. Non-smoking and handicap-friendly rooms are also available at the lodge.
