For many people, a South Africa safari is an experience that comes once in a lifetime. Make the most of your travel time with a stay at the Eco Eden Bush Lodge outside Nelspruit. Accommodation at this luxurious, 4-star eco-friendly lodge is a wonderful part of a wildlife watching trip in Kruger National Park or a tour of the visually spectacular Panorama Route in Mpumalanga Province. The Eco-Eden Bush Lodge was awarded four stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa in 2010. It is located inside the pristine, 33,000 hectare Croc River Mountain Conservancy. You can spot many species of birds and small wild animals if you walk along the trails around the lodge. To beat the African heat, take a swim in the outdoor pool, then enjoy a cocktail on the deck. The accommodating staff prepares fresh, authentic cuisine for breakfast and dinner, served either outside or in the dining room. On special evenings you may be treated to a boma, a traditional African barbecue. The lodge’s friendly staff can help arrange a Kruger Park safari trip, so you can try to see the “Big Five” game animals: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and cape buffalo. By driving the Panorama Route, you can witness the wonders of the Blyde River Canyon, the Echo Caves, Horseshoe Falls, Pilgrim’s Rest, and God’s Window. Don’t miss the Lowveld National Botanical Gardens in Nelspruit. Guests can enjoy free activities at the lodge such as nature trail, swimming, hiking, mountain biking (own bike), bird watching, games, boma dinners/breakfasts, game viewing (roaming game). Pets are not allowed as the accommodation is situated in a nature reserve.
