This newly built family-owned house comprises 2 apartments and features a garden. There are 2 different types of apartment available, all luxuriously equipped. The location of the hotel makes it ideal for a quiet and peaceful family holiday. Vehicle access to the property is available and there are parking facilities. These apartments are located 1 km from the historical city of Split, in the exclusive neighbourhood of Meje, below the Marjan hill. They lie only 100 m from the bus station and 150 m from the nearest beach. Split Airport is 25 km away. Each apartment offers a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower (including a washing machine) and a terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances (including a fridge and a cooker) and the apartments are also equipped with satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning and Internet access. A pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room. Guests will find sun loungers and parasols available on the sandy beach.
