The Lodge at Doonbeg Golf Club is located on Doughmore Bay in County Clare- affording magnificent views of the sea and direct access to the beach- not to mention some of the finest links golf to be found anywhere. The Lodge is located 64 kilometers west from Shannon Airport- about 50 minutes by car. The Lodge is also conveniently located between Lahinch and Ballybunion- making it the perfect place to stay and play all three courses. The Lodge at Doonbeg Golf Club has set a new standard of luxury in Ireland. No expense was spared to create facilities that offer all of the modern conveniences in a classical building that looks like it has been there for 200 years. Dining options include both a fine dining restaurant as well as a casual restaurant offering traditional Irish pub fare. Doonbeg also features a spa designed by Clodagh Design International. Guests at The Lodge at Doonbeg Golf Club are provided access to a Greg Norman designed championship links course- considered one of Irelands best. Other facilities include business services- meeting rooms- accessible rooms and 24-hour concierge and room service. All suites are multi-room residences configured with 1-4 bedrooms- a living room with fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen. Each suite is meant to serve as our members and guests home away from home. Amenities include marble bathrooms- en suite bath for all bedrooms- fireplace- flat screen televisions- DVD and CD players- complimentary and pay-per-view movie channels- stereo- full kitchen with dinnerware and cooking utensils- two IDD phones with dataport and wireless Internet access.
