The room is quite big and well appointed. There is also a traditional Irish bar facing the quay side. The hotel faces the quay side on the main route through Waterford. It has a traditional facade and modern interior. The new hotel lobby is modern and impressive. It is medium in size with an impressive high ceiling and balcony. There is a small seating area adjacent to the bar.
