A very nice place to stay in the glacier region. The highest quality accommodation in Fox Glacier. SE0207 A three storey local stone and wood building. The design and materials are very much in keeping with the local environment. There is no restaurant on site, but a complimentary continental or full breakfast is included and served in the breakfast room. For lunch or evening meals the hotel is located very close to the restaurants and cafes in town. A small functional lobby for check in. 21 Single rooms Double rooms Twin rooms Triple rooms Non-smoking rooms The rooms are very nicely furnished , good size and top quality fittings. Beds are either king or twin configuration. The bathrooms are either shower over bath or shower only. All rooms are non-smoking. Located in the centre of the small township of Fox Glacier. Handy for all the glacier activities. Fox Glacier is located approximately 25kms from Franz Josef on New Zealand's south island West Coast. Central / Mountainside 128 kms to the airport (hokitika) 381 kms to the airport (queenstown) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 18 km to the nearest beach
