The Dexter's Inn is set on a 20-acre estate in the Lake Sunapee region. From the property, guests can view Mount Sunapee, Mount Kearsarge and the surrounding countryside. Area attractions include the Mount Sunapee ski area, Dartmouth College, Colby-Sawyer College, golf courses and shopping destinations. Fishing, boating and swimming are common outdoor activities. Guest rooms at the Dexter's Inn are spread located at the Main Inn and at The Annex. These rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and King-sized, Queen-sized or Twin beds. The property also has a cottage that features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, a screened porch and a full kitchen, among others. The Dexter's Inn provides a host of recreational facilities. These include a swimming pool, tennis courts, a kids' game room, an entertainment room, a tavern room and a recreation room featuring billiard and ping pong tables. A Norsk-operated, full-service commercial cross-country ski & snowshoe center is also on site.
