The 10 affordable, AAA-rated 4-star, 1 and 2 bedroom cottages, including the unique 4.5 star, 4-bedroom, three bathroom, Cumberland Spa Villa, feature king beds, fully equipped kitchens, en-suite bathrooms (executive cottages also feature private spa baths or massage spa showers), heated towel rails, gas heaters, electric blankets, DVD/CD players, iPod docking stations, Austar Cable TV, LCD TV’s, dishwashers, private BBQ’s, and spacious sunny decks with market umbrellas and patio heaters. Cumberland Resort and Spa offers a diversified choice of unique cottages, such as Cumberland Spa Villa, the only house in town that is licensed for guest accommodation, and the only licensed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom guest accommodation on the island, which comes with a free 8-seater minivan. Cumberland Resort and Spa has full time onsite management, fulltime housekeeping, reception area, guest computers with wireless broadband internet, massage & spa treatment room, fulltime tour desk, transit lounge for late departures, free movie library (300+ movies), book library, complimentary snorkeling and massage gear. All guests are greeted personally at the airport and provided with free return transfers including a town orientation tour. All guests are welcomed at Cumberland Resort and Spa with free breakfast starter provisions (eggs, loaf of bread, milk, juice etc.) and seasonal fruit (avocados, paw-paws, bananas, etc.). A complimentary rental car is included with all accommodation. There are several cafes and restaurants within a 2 minute stroll, including the Italian restaurant and pizzeria directly adjacent to Cumberland, as well as the Chinese restaurant across the street. For the self-catering option, all cottages are equipped with full kitchens (not just kitchenettes) featuring every conceivable appliance. There is also a late-night minimart across the street for those last minute groceries, cappuccino or take-aways, or take a short stroll to the supermarket.
