Courtenay House is an adults only bed and breakfast located in Bovey Tracey, the gateway to Dartmoor. It makes an ideal location for those visiting the area. Bovey Tracey is a picturesque town right on the edge of Dartmoor, located just 8 miles away from Torquay. It provides an excellent base from which to explore. There are numerous scenic walks and cycle paths nearby. There are also a number of riding centres in the area if you want to go riding. Courtenay House is a Victorian house that still maintains many of its original features. There is a homely atmosphere full of chintz and period charm with old china tableware and lace tablecloths. Antiques are bought and sold and there is a tea room which operates during the day. We are an adults only guest house. Evening meals are available by arrangement. Hotel Rating: Self Assessed 4 star
