The Confortel Calas de Conil hotel lies directly beside the sea just 100 m from the nearest sandy beach in one of the best districts of Cdiz and within a short distance of Sancti Petri. The resort centre with its selection of restaurants, bars and shopping venues is approximately 3 km away and it is around 60 km to Jerez airport. Opened in 2006, this exclusive hotel offers everything guests could ever need for a relaxing break. A total of 285 doubles are on offer to guests of which 10 are junior suites and 14 rooms have been adapted for use by disabled guests (12 standard rooms and 2 suites). Amongst the facilities count a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, and a currency exchange facility in addition to a caf, a pleasant dining area with a themed buffet restaurant, a bar, conference facilities and Internet access (charges apply). Fees apply for use of the room and laundry services and it is possible to make use of the hotel car park. Younger guests are offered access to a playground and are able to participate in the kids' club activities (with childcare; for those aged between 0 and 12 years of age). All of the air-conditioned rooms come with a full en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar and a safe. The 14 rooms adapted for use by disabled guests offer wheelchair access and feature bathrooms that have been modified accordingly. A king-sized bed, background music, complimentary mineral water and a terrace (generally with views out over the sea) round off the rooms' amenities. Leisure options include 2 heated pools (indoor and outdoor) with a separate children's paddling area as well as a poolside snack bar, hammocks and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. Numerous sports are on offer such as aerobics, minigolf rowing, gymnastics, table tennis, archery and board games. Fees apply for use of the in-house gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam baths and massage service. There is an extensive daytime and evening entertainment programme for both children and adults. The nearest golf course is 1 km away. All meals are available in a buffet form; it is possible to book an all-inclusive stay.
