The hotel is located in Picard village, approximately 1.5 miles away from Portsmouth, the second largest city of the island. Two of them are at the garden level and three of them are at the first floor. The property overlooks the campus of Ross Medical University. The Bar of Comfortel offers snacks and dinners including Spanish wines, cava and order-in dining from 2 popular restaurants. The Superior and Gardens rooms face West offering exotic sunset view everyday.
