The delightful Coast House Apartments are located in the city of Dubrovnik, on the beautiful peninsula Lapad. This is a peaceful and afforested part of the city which is just a small distance from the historical town centre – tranquil whilst convenient. The apartments in Coast House 1 are within an old Dubrovnik summer residence; a cultural monument 30 metres from the sea with a beautiful view of the Gruz port. Coast House 2 was renovated in 2010 at the same location, just few metres away. The residence is surrounded by 2,000 metres of garden with a small 16th century chapel within, olive trees, indigenous plants and vegetation offering a shady place to relax and pick seasonal fruits. Fabulous views, well presented apartments and the owner's onsite 24/7, make Coast House Apartments a charming place to spend time and rejuvenate the senses. Getting to the hotel: Dubrovnik Airport serves the resort. Local Tips: This summer residence is a cultural monument as its construction style belongs to the time when historically the town's noblemen used the residence as the place of their summer rest. FACILITIES: Food, drink and entertainment: BBQ and a summer kitchen with an old fire place for food preparation, with a terrace for al fresco dining.
