Conveniently positioned mid way between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. 5 min drive to Cavill Ave and 10 - 15 min walk to Broadbeach restaurants and the beach! Local transport is available adjacent to the entrance of this property. Great value tourist accommodation at the quiet end of town, with good access to restaurants and beach. NH1008. Low rise, purpose built apartment property. There is a central pool area with spa, sauna and games room, full size tennis court, squash court and secure parking. Rooms are basic but well maintained and equipped with kitchenettes, including stove top, refridgerator, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer, colour tv and ceiling fans. Each apartment has a private balcony or patio. The lobby is small and functional in keeping with apartment style accommodation. There isno restaurant, but plenty nearby. 1 km to the nearest beach, 1 km to the nearest fair site (gold coast convention centre), 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 km to the nearest station (nerang), 2 kms to city centre, 20 kms to the nearest airport (gold coast airport).
