The apartment is also very convenient for Holgate Park business park which is a 5 minute walk away. There is secure gated parking at the rear of the apartment. This is a beautifully refurbished apartment with stylish furniture and fittings and under floor heating in the bathroom. The apartment has one double bedroom and is also equipped with a full size fold out single bed in the lounge to allow a third guest to stay. All linen and towels are provided during your stay.
